Pancit bihon recipe

step one - cut up some pork into small cubes

step two - brown the pork, preferably in a wok
step three - remove from the stove

step four - chop some mushrooms, onions and green peppers (or carrots if you have them); stir-fry them first......

step five - then add garlic, soy sauce and chicken broth (see below)

step six - simmer.......

step seven - add rice noodles and stir....

step eight - garnish with lemon and serve!
