I mixed up some batter using eggs, flour and water. Below are the ingredients I added to the batter right before cooking:

Below is the pancake (first batch), in the pan, ready to flip:

And of course, you need some dipping sauce:

Voila!

WOW! It looks good and I bet it even tasted better than it looks. Now I want to try some of that stuff! I'll post pictures on my blog.
